Answer:

Note: we think we have fixed this problem - if you run into it please tell us about it!

This probably means you are using Safari on an older Mac with OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard) or thereabouts. We have not seen it happen on any other browser, though suspect that Google Chrome circa 2009-2010 may have had the same issue. We are working on this but, in the meantime, these URLs should get you to most of the places you need to go (indirectly in some cases)...
